Hi, My name is Teresa and I´m certified hiking Guide - AIGAE and Sommelier AIS in Tuscany.
I was born surrounded by nature and vineyards in Mendoza, Argentina and today I continue my journey in another, magnificent, land of wine. My home is Castelnuovo dell'Abate a small magical village overlooking the ancient Abbey of Sant'Antimo, protected by the imposing Monte Amiata, just a few kilometers from the breathtaking landscapes of San Quirico d`Orcia, Bagno Vignoni and Pienza part of the Val d'Orcia, a UNESCO heritage site and in the heart of the Brunello di Montalcino terroir.
The land of Brunello Wine, Montalcino has an unique Terroir, a special microclimate of the woodlands and the altitude of 564mts but really close from the sea. All the territory is surrounded by rivers like to Ombrone, Asso and Orcia.
Unesco Heritage since 2004, the Via Francigena, the typical Tuscan hills with cypress, thermal waters and landscapes that lead you to meditate on the Way. Pienza, San Quirico D´Orcia, Bagno Vignoni, Castiglion d´Orcia, Radicofani, and much more.
There is much more to see than hills and cypress in Tuscany. Let´s discover the Monte Amiata, the beach in Maremma, learn about wild herbs and local products.
